On today’s date at approximately 10:12 A.M, the Portsmouth Police Department arrested the following individual:

Reference: Rollover Crash Results in Charges

Shortly after midnight on March 5, 2018 Portsmouth Police and Fire Department’s responded to Lafayette Road near State Street Discount for a report of a single vehicle rollover crash with injuries.

On February 20th, 2018 the Portsmouth Police Department arrested the following subject on an arrest warrant for Attempted Aggravated Sexual Assault, Burglary and Sexual Assault:

On February 19, 2018 the Portsmouth Police Department arrested the following subject on an arrest warrant for Criminal Liability for Conduct of Another (Accomplice to Robbery):

On February 13, 2018 the Portsmouth Police Department arrested the followed subject on an arrest warrant for armed robbery:

George Laurie

Age: 58

Portsmouth, NH

On February 9th shortly after 7:00 PM Portsmouth Police were notified of a hit and run accident in the area of Broad Street and Spring Street. Several legally parked vehicles were struck and significant damage was caused. The suspect vehicle fled the scene and was located nearby in the driveway of the registered owner. It too had significant damage as a result of the crashes.

On February 11, 2018 at 8:30 am, Portsmouth Police Officers were dispatched to a commercial burglary at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 155 Mirona Road. It was discovered that on Saturday, February 10th at 9:40 pm, the suspects forced entry into the business and stole (4) four vehicles from the lot and attempted to steal a safe.

The Cross Roads House management requested the assistance of The Portsmouth Police Department in enforcing their safety protocols, so that they may continue to provide a safe environment for homeless individuals and families in the community.
