The Office of the City Clerk and the Portsmouth Public Library invite you to register to vote or update your voter registration, at one of two voter registration sessions at the Portsmouth Public Library. Drop in to the library lobby for either of the two sessions on Thursday, September 18 or Wednesday, October 15 from 5:30 to 7 PM.

Joel Spears is a self- taught string player. Inspired by the sound and the vast repertoire of the lute, he began studying the instrument in all its various forms. Explore the versatility and range of the guitar—from jazz and classical to flamenco and even the 11-string arch guitar!
