The Portsmouth Public Library hosts a Creative Writing Group that meets both in person at the library and online via Zoom two Wednesdays a month from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.

Join us at the library or online for our weekly meditation program. Meditation is held every Wednesday from 12:15 to 1 PM.

Schools, City Hall, the Department of Public Works, the Senior Activity Center, the Library and Rec facilities will be closed on Monday, January 16th in observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Trash collection schedule unchanged. Recycling center closed as usual on Monday.

Kate Sheridan will provide a basic history and overview of western astrology. Registration is required.
