Water Country Traffic Studies

Traffic Impact Assessments (TIA) were prepared for the City of Portsmouth regarding the traffic patterns around Water Country. In particular the Department of Public Works and TEC, Inc. worked with neighborhood residents to create three possible alternative methods for egress.
