• City Hall will be closed on Monday, May 25, reopening on Tuesday, May 26, from 8 am to 6 pm
• The Portsmouth Public Library will be closed on Saturday, May 23 through Monday, May 25
• The Department of Public Works trash and recycling collection on Monday, May 25 will be combined with collection on Tuesday, May 26. There will be no yard waste collected on either day.

City facilities and services will be affected for the Memorial Day holiday which is observed Monday, May 25, 2026.
